🎉 Make Music Cyprus Festival Expands to Three Days Across Nicosia in June 2026
The 8th Make Music Cyprus Festival will take place from June 19 to 21, 2026, expanding for the first time into a three-day event across all districts of the Municipality of Nicosia. Over 500 musicians—both professional and amateur—will perform live in public squares, parks, and streets, celebrating International Music Day on June 21. The festival offers free admission and aims to unite music lovers of all ages and genres.
Events start on June 19 in Agios Dhometios from 6pm to midnight, continue in Akademias Park, Aglandjia, on June 20 between 9am and noon, and culminate in Nicosia's city center on June 21 from 6pm onwards. Locations including Nicosia Town Hall, Tillirias Square, and Faneromeni Square will host performances, making it the largest street music festival in Cyprus and part of the global Make Music Day celebrated in more than 1,000 cities worldwide.
To enhance accessibility and promote sustainability, the festival offers a free Park & Ride service on June 21 with shuttle buses connecting festival sites. Organizers invite everyone to participate in this inclusive, vibrant celebration of music marking the beginning of the summer season.
