The Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation is set to launch its Faneromeni26 Festival on Thursday, June 18, 2026, with a unique musical storytelling performance titled "MYTHOS-From Cyprus to the World." This theatrical journey, featuring Mariza Anastasiades, Petros Giorkatzis, and the Concordia String Quartet, explores the dynamic relationship between myth and memory through voice, narration, and music.

The performance draws from Cypriot traditions and international repertoires, presenting myths as living narratives that evolve and connect humanity across time and cultures. It explores themes ranging from intimacy and trauma to transformation and playfulness, ultimately highlighting humanity’s enduring need to remember and adapt.

The event will take place at the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation in Nicosia, starting at 8:30 pm, with free entrance. Attendees should note that photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
