👮 Three hospitalised in serious condition after two-vehicle crash in Omodos, Limassol
Three individuals were hospitalised in serious condition following a traffic accident in Omodos village, Limassol district, on Saturday around 2pm. The collision involved a car driven by a 73-year-old man and another vehicle driven by a 36-year-old man with a 35-year-old female passenger. All three were transported to Limassol General Hospital with serious but stable injuries.
Medical assessments revealed that the 73-year-old sustained fractured ribs and a fractured sternum, the 36-year-old had a fractured leg, and the 35-year-old suffered head and abdominal injuries. The exact circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
Police from Platres visited the crash site to conduct examinations and gather evidence as they continue to probe the cause of the accident.
