Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) has appointed Elena Pantazidou as Chief People Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Pantazidou, a company veteran since 2010, will oversee the Group’s HR Marine, sustainability, and communications functions, unifying shore-based and seafaring workforce leadership.
