The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) announced a successful showing at the Eurosatory 2026 defence, security, and equipment exhibition held in Paris last week. A delegation comprising 14 companies and a Centre of Excellence highlighted Cyprus' advancements in defence technology, demonstrating the country’s growing competitiveness in international defence, security, and space markets.

Keve emphasized the effective collaboration between the public and private sectors in organizing the Cypriot pavilion, which showcased innovative products and solutions. The event also facilitated the signing of two institutional memoranda of cooperation with French and British defence industry associations, GICAT and ADS Group, respectively, enhancing networking and cooperation opportunities.

Additional agreements between Cypriot and foreign companies were reached, opening pathways for new commercial partnerships and integration into global value chains. Keve described the participation as a significant step toward positioning Cyprus as a reliable and dynamic partner in the European and global defence industry.
