The AGM is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at Olympic House in Nicosia. This authority is granted under a proxy by Demetra Holdings Plc and is limited strictly to the duration of the meeting. Following the conclusion of the AGM, the voting rights associated with the proxy will no longer be held by Chandriotis or Irinarchos.
