A 33-year-old woman and her nine-year-old daughter were injured on Friday morning after their vehicle lost control on the Paphos-Limassol motorway near Kandou. The driver reportedly veered onto a central triangular island and collided with protective barriers. The woman sustained more serious injuries, while her daughter suffered a leg injury. Authorities noted the child was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Emergency services responded promptly, transporting both to Limassol General Hospital. Medical reports indicate that their conditions are stable and out of danger. The Episkopio Police Station is currently investigating the circumstances leading to the crash.
