Cyprus Seeds, the island’s sole scientific innovation catalyst, successfully concluded its participation in the Doers Summit 2026 in Limassol, attracting large crowds and reinforcing its role in connecting deep-tech startups with global investors. The organisation hosted two flagship events: the inaugural Investors’ Hour and the fourth annual Innovation Showcase, drawing both regional and international attention.

At the Investors’ Hour, eight research-driven startups presented to 16 selected investors, venture capital funds, and corporate representatives from Cyprus, Europe, and the diaspora. The fast-paced format aimed to link cutting-edge scientific innovation with critical private funding sources. The following day’s Innovation Showcase featured startups and alumni companies from Cyprus Seeds’ fourth support cycle, alongside panel discussions and investor meetings.

For seven years, Cyprus Seeds has supported turning scientific research into commercially viable ventures, aiding over 24 teams and fostering successful spinoff companies. The summit also featured startups from Greece, the UK, Egypt, and India, highlighting the organisation’s expanding international ecosystem and commitment to deep-tech development in the region.
