The University of Cyprus successfully hosted the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “Ethical Considerations in Business” from June 8-12, 2026. The programme brought together 40 MBA students from Finland, Croatia, Spain, and Cyprus to explore contemporary issues in business ethics, sustainability, and ethical leadership.

Participants engaged in lectures and workshops on corporate governance, AI ethics, data protection, climate risks, and workplace diversity. They also visited leading Cypriot companies such as Carlsberg Brewery and Coca-Cola HBC to gain practical insights into corporate responsibility practices.

Beyond academics, the programme included cultural visits to notable Cypriot sites like Protaras, the Blue Lagoon, and the Kourion Archaeological Site, enhancing intercultural learning. The Erasmus+ BIP initiative aims to promote international cooperation in higher education while equipping students with skills necessary for today’s global business challenges.
