In Limassol, Edek president Nikos Anastasiou called for an end to 'couch criticism', described the vote as a 'celebration of democracy' and stressed the need for a 'serious parliament' able to work collectively. In Nicosia, Siko Pano leader Sotiris Christou cited institutional shortcomings and urged accountability, saying "today is the right day for citizens to stand up." Dipa president Marios Garoyian appealed for national consensus and collective work after a divisive campaign, warning that "solutions do not come with slogans."
