Early fog will lift Monday, leading to partly cloudy conditions with developing afternoon clouds that may produce isolated showers and a brief thunderstorm over the mountains and possibly inland. Winds will start variable and light around force 3, becoming southwesterly to northwesterly at 3–4 Beaufort later in the day. Seas will be calm to slight. Temperatures will reach 27°C inland, 26°C on the southern, northern and eastern coasts, 25°C on the remaining coasts and 16°C in the higher mountains.
Isolated afternoon showers or storms are expected Tuesday and Wednesday over the mountains and possibly inland, with a stray mountain shower possible on Thursday. Temperatures will gradually rise through Thursday, returning to seasonal averages.
