Festival season is about to kick off across Cyprus with three major events in June and July. The Mestinpoli Festival, a two-day city music event, takes place in downtown Nicosia at the Old Town Hall square on June 6-7, running 4pm–midnight; day one features RnB with street food, cocktails and lounge areas, while day two focuses on Greek music. Admission is €5–10.

On June 20-21 GeekMania Cyprus returns to the Cyprus State Fair in Nicosia as the island's largest pop-culture gathering, offering gaming, board and card games, collectibles, cosplay, an artists' area, a medieval zone and a kids corner from 10am–9pm. In July the Loud Music Festival stages a four-day event at The Warehouse in Limassol from July 2–5 across Main and Garden stages with artists and DJs across eight genres; early-bird tickets have sold out and announced headliners include LILA and Mente Fuerte.
