📰 Only three voters turn out at Kouka polling station, 6% turnout
Only three people have cast ballots so far at Kouka, the smallest polling station in Cyprus, equating to a 6% turnout among the community's 52 registered voters. The low participation was reported during voting hours and highlights a markedly reduced voter presence in the village.
Michalis Georgiadis, the community leader of Kouka, told Alpha TV that the three voters were members of a single family. He said that, up to that point, only that family of three had cast their ballots, underscoring the slow progress of the voting procedure in the community.
