In parallel with the search for physical premises, the party has announced recruitment for multiple positions including parliamentary assistants, a general manager, accountant, administrative assistant, and security personnel. These roles are crucial for supporting legislative work, party operations, financial management, and the safety of the party's leadership.

The party prioritizes maintaining strong citizen engagement through its online communication channels while expanding its physical presence and staff. Applications for the vacant positions are accepted until midnight on May 30, reflecting the party's commitment to building a robust and active team.
