⚔️ Swarmly Aero Develops Advanced Drones for Hostile Electronic Environments and Supports Cyprus Defense
Swarmly Aero, a Cyprus-based manufacturer of unmanned aerial and surface vehicles, has developed new drones capable of operating in hostile electronic-warfare environments. The company has already donated two H-10 Poseidon drones to the National Guard’s artillery units and is currently testing new UAV models under real-world conditions to withstand enemy electromagnetic interference.
In addition to drones, Swarmly Aero produces unmanned surface vessels (USVs) designed to monitor and patrol Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone. These USVs can serve in deterrence or rapid-response roles, carrying operational payloads and functioning as part of a comprehensive defense system around the island.
Director Gary Rafalovsky highlighted the potential for combined UAV and USV networks to offer wide-area surveillance and communication coverage. He emphasized that Cyprus now has the opportunity to build credible deterrence against hostile military actions, a decision that ultimately depends on government policy.
