The Paphos regional tourism board (Etap) is involved in the i-DEMO program, aimed at enhancing destination management through gamification and other innovative approaches, held in Selinunte, Sicily from May 26-28. The project, focused on improving the management of cultural destinations across Europe, incorporates digital tools, storytelling, and accessibility to enrich the visitor experience. During the program, stakeholders, including those from Paphos, engage in experiential visits, collaborative workshops, and trials of new tools to craft engaging and accessible tourism strategies. This participation aligns with Etap's strategy to boost innovation and smart tourism practices within Paphos, promoting more experiential travel forms.
