Minerva Insurance has announced its annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 17, at its headquarters in Nicosia. The meeting will cover essential aspects of corporate governance, including the review of the board of directors' report and the independent auditors' evaluations. Shareholders will also vote on the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Critical agenda items include the election of directors, decisions on board member remunerations, and the reappointment of the independent auditors, Ernst and Young Cyprus Ltd. Furthermore, shareholders will authorize the Board to set final audit fees and can vote through a proxy if unable to attend.
