ECM Fund Management, a Cyprus-regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager, has announced the appointment of Harris Georgiades and Evgenios Evgeniou as non-executive members of its Board of Directors. These appointments aim to strengthen the firm's governance framework as it expands activities across Central and Southeastern Europe.

Harris Georgiades, former Minister of Finance of Cyprus from 2013 to 2019, brings over 20 years of experience in public policy and international finance. He played a key role in fiscal and banking reforms that helped stabilize the Cypriot economy. Evgenios Evgeniou, with more than 30 years of leadership experience, previously served as Chairman and CEO of PwC Cyprus and has extensive expertise in governance, strategy, and risk oversight.

The addition of these experienced professionals enhances ECM Fund Management's board's ability to provide effective oversight and strategic direction. The leadership team is focused on maintaining high institutional standards and supporting the firm's growth in regulated investment activities throughout the region.
