Police in Limassol arrested a 35-year-old man early Wednesday following a report of suspicious activity. The report, made around 2 am, alerted officers to a man lurking in the yard of a residential home. Upon searching the suspect, police found burglary tools in his bag. The man could not satisfactorily explain why he possessed these items and was subsequently detained. He is slated to face a court for immediate trial. Investigations by the Limassol CID are ongoing.
