Cyprus participated for the first time in the TUTTOFOOD exhibition in Milan from May 11 to May 14, 2026, with a dedicated kiosk aiming to enhance the visibility of its agri-food products on a global scale. Hosted at the Fiera Milano, the event attracted key players from the international agri-food industry. The Ministry of Commerce revealed that the participation, organized by the Cyprus Trade Centre in Athens, focused on promoting high-quality Cypriot products, especially those with Protected Designation of Origin like halloumi and commandaria. During the exhibition, Cypriot representatives conducted meetings with importers and distributors, which could lead to expanded export opportunities and new commercial partnerships. This effort is part of broader initiatives to boost the export of Cypriot products and ensure their presence in important markets worldwide.
