The Cyprus government will maintain efforts to work with all responsible political factions to implement its policy agenda, according to government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis. During a state radio interview, Letymbiotis emphasized that the recent election results supported the government's ability to form partnerships and validated its policies on tax reform and migration. Despite the setback where EDEK and DIPA, supporters of the government, failed to secure parliamentary seats, Letymbiotis highlighted that no previous administration has enjoyed a full majority but has still managed to pass significant policies with cross-party support. He cautioned against interpreting the election results as a dismissal of the government’s policies.
