This year's Film Festival on Diversity concludes with previously postponed screenings on Friday in the idyllic setting of Axiothea Mansion, Nicosia. Starting at 7.45 PM, the award-winning film 'Fanon' will be featured, exploring the life and contributions of psychiatrist Frantz Fanon in Algerian independence. Following that, at 10 PM, the documentary 'Historjá – Stygn för Sápmi' will depict the life of Sami artist Britta Marakatt-Labba, addressing issues like climate change and indigenous rights. Both films will be shown with English subtitles. The event, supported by the French and Swedish embassies along with the Institut Français de Chypre, offers free entry, though registration is required in advance.
