Cypriot beverage company KEO is advancing a significant €25 million investment for the construction of a new distribution and bottling center for alcoholic beverages in Kato Polemidia, Limassol. Scheduled to commence once necessary permits are obtained, this center aims to boost KEO's operational capacity by centralizing production, processing, and logistics. Strategically located near the Limassol port and motorway, it will enhance distribution efficiencies.

The 44,000 square meter facility is expected to be completed within 24 months, creating up to 50 direct jobs during the construction phase. Additionally, KEO plans to include an adjacent 9,612 square meter public green space. The new center will complement KEO’s existing winery operations by handling the final stages of wine processing, ageing, and bottling. The development is projected to significantly increase KEO’s annual production capacity across various beverages.
