ASBISc Enterprises Plc has announced the appointment of Jaan Kristian Teär as a non-executive director, effective from July 1, 2026. Teär brings over 30 years of leadership experience in publicly listed companies, notably as CEO of Bang & Olufsen from 2019 to 2026, where he helped transform the brand into a global luxury technology firm.

In addition to his CEO role, Teär has held senior positions at Logitech, Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, and Ericsson across multiple regions. His appointment follows a strong financial period for ASBISc, with estimated consolidated revenues in May 2026 reaching approximately $604 million. This figure represents an 89% increase compared to May 2025, reflecting the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to transparency.

The board emphasized that the revenue figures are preliminary and subject to final audit but demonstrate ASBISc’s expanding market presence. Teär is not involved in any competing business activities, reinforcing his fit for the company’s strategic objectives moving forward.
