Lidl Cyprus launched its summer wellness roadtrip, Lidl Better Living Days, with a two-day event at its Agios Dometios store on June 26 and 27. The event offered free public activities focused on nutrition, exercise, cooking, and wellness, including yoga sessions, cooking classes, tastings, and children’s workshops. The initiative aimed to provide practical, easy-to-apply health and lifestyle advice for the entire family.

Visitors engaged in interactive experiences such as smoothie labs and nutritional consultations while Lidl’s mobile kitchen demonstrated healthy summer recipes. Special attention was given to children’s activities that combined learning with play, emphasizing balanced lifestyle choices in an age-appropriate way.

The roadtrip will continue with the next stop at the Lidl store in Agios Pavlos, Paphos, on July 3 and 4, inviting more of the public to participate in free wellness activities. Through this initiative, Lidl Cyprus seeks to promote better living through accessible and enjoyable experiences for all members of the community.
