Balza has launched its new summer season on the 7th floor of the Hatzisavvas Building, offering panoramic views over Eleftheria Square and downtown Nicosia. The rooftop venue features a fresh culinary experience led by award-winning chef Angelos Bakopoulos and Balza’s lead chef Xenophon Stavropoulos, blending Mediterranean and contemporary international flavors with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and creative techniques.

The updated menu includes standout dishes such as Beef Tartare with sun-dried tomatoes, Tuna Carpaccio with wasabi, Grilled Squid with carbonara sauce, Wagyu Sliders, and Seafood Linguine, alongside daily fresh fish and beef cuts. Complementing the food is a new cocktail menu curated by mixologist Vakis Stavris, featuring exclusive creations including ‘‘Naughty Bird,’’ ‘‘Jungle Mist,’’ and ‘‘Black Kiss,’’ as well as an expanded selection of non-alcoholic options.
