Saturday sees the 6th Wind Orchestra Festival parade through Limassol’s streets with philharmonic bands and Majorettes, and the Pancypriot Carrot Festival in Liopetri highlights local carrot delicacies with a live performance by Giannis Ploutarchos. Other events include a fundraising music event Rocking Autism in Nicosia and acoustic performances in Larnaca and Nicosia.

On Sunday, the Platres Lavender Festival offers a day-long village market and workshops, while the 41st Larnaca Festival opens with a concert honoring Greek composer Stavros Xarhakos. Local singer Chrystalla will also celebrate two years of her Acoustic Wednesdays with a special live show in Lympia.
