💰 Cyprus Stock Exchange updates trading status of several companies with warning markers retained for four issuers

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has updated the trading statuses of several listed companies following a review of their independent auditor reports for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The exchange decided to retain the (S) warning marker for four companies—Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, Display Art Plc, Unifast Finance and Investments Public Company Ltd, and Chris Joannou Public Limited—due to material uncertainty about their ability to continue as going concerns.

Meanwhile, the (S) marker was removed from Regallia Holdings and Investments Public Company Ltd in relation to auditor concerns that have since been resolved. However, the warning remains on Regallia's shares due to non-compliance with the minimum market capitalisation requirement. The exchange will only remove the (S) marker from these companies once all initial issues prompting the warnings have been addressed and verified.
