💰 Cyprus Stock Exchange updates trading status for several Emerging Companies Market listings
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has updated the trading status of multiple companies listed on the Emerging Companies Market based on their independent auditor reports for the year ending December 31, 2025. Five companies, including Farmakeftiko Kentro A.E. and Aihmi A.E. Investment Consultants, will continue to carry trading markers due to auditor concerns such as emphases of matter and material uncertainties about their ability to continue operations.
Upyachting Management Plc has been newly marked with an (S) marker reflecting material uncertainty over its ongoing business viability, while First Advisory and Holdings S.A. had its (S) marker removed after the exchange confirmed that the issues prompting the warning have been resolved. These changes are set to take effect on July 2, 2026.
The CSE council emphasized that it will only remove the (S) markers from other companies once it verifies that all underlying concerns have been adequately addressed. This ongoing review process aligns with regulatory provisions designed to maintain transparency and investor confidence in the market.
