💰 Alpha Bank to Distribute €148 Million Cash Dividend to Shareholders in July 2026
Alpha Bank has announced a cash dividend payout totaling €148,005,238.21 following approval at its annual general meeting on June 26, 2026. Shareholders will receive a gross dividend of €0.0655980839 per share, excluding the bank's 59 million treasury shares. This payment follows an interim dividend distributed in December 2025, bringing the combined dividend for the 2025 financial year to approximately €259.4 million.
The dividend is subject to a 5% withholding tax, resulting in a net payment of €0.0623181797 per share. The ex-dividend date is set for July 1, 2026, with the record date on July 2, 2026. Payments will begin on July 8, 2026, and will be made through Alpha Bank’s paying agents and Dematerialised Securities System participants.
Alpha Bank has also provided guidance for legal heirs and holders of shares in liquidation, advising them to contact the bank directly. Shareholders have five years to claim their dividends before unclaimed amounts revert to the Greek State.
