Space solutions firm SES and Cyprus-based connectivity provider Tototheo Global have announced a multi-year agreement to expand their collaboration by deploying SES FlexMaritime services worldwide. This partnership aims to strengthen maritime connectivity by integrating SES’ high-performance multi-orbit satellite and terrestrial networks with Tototheo Global’s expertise.
The enhanced connectivity platform supports critical vessel operations such as real-time monitoring, route optimization, remote maintenance, and improved crew welfare. Tototheo Global will deliver end-to-end services including solution design, deployment, network management, and ongoing support to maximize communication infrastructure performance.
The companies emphasized that this upgraded service will help ship owners and operators boost operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability through advanced connectivity technologies. SES Senior VP Simon Maher highlighted the scalability and future readiness of FlexMaritime, while Tototheo Global Co-CEO Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou underscored the solution’s role in enabling digital transformation and operational continuity for maritime customers globally.
