Starting in Nicosia, the initiative combines food education, physical activities like yoga, and refreshing events at Lidl stores in multiple cities including Paphos, Limassol, Paralimni, and Aradippou.

Central to the programme is the Lidl Food Academy on the Go, a mobile kitchen offering live cooking demos, tastings, and easy-to-make recipes. Visitors can enjoy shaded setups with air coolers to beat the heat, ensuring comfort while engaging in movement sessions and wellness activities designed for all fitness levels.

Children benefit from creative, interactive activities that teach nutrition and healthy habits through play. The roadshow’s mission is to provide practical, easy-to-implement ideas for nutrition, exercise, and family engagement, making summer in Cyprus both healthier and more enjoyable for everyone.
