💰 Eurobank among first 41 Greek companies awarded the Diversity Seal for inclusive workplace policies

Eurobank has been recognised as one of the first 41 companies in Greece to receive the Diversity Seal, a new state-backed award endorsing organisations that actively promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. The accolade, presented on June 18, 2026, at a ceremony in Athens, marks the bank’s commitment to fostering a modern, inclusive work environment free from discrimination.

The Diversity Seal is part of an initiative led by Greece’s Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family to formally assess and reward private sector companies for implementing equal opportunity policies. The evaluation involves both qualitative and quantitative criteria, focusing on inclusion practices, workplace culture, and workforce characteristics.

Eurobank’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Natassa Paschali, highlighted the award as recognition of the bank's human-centred values and ongoing efforts to maintain a supportive environment where all employees have the chance to succeed. The initiative is funded through the EU’s NextGenerationEU programme under Greece’s national recovery plan, underscoring the growing importance of environmental, social, and governance considerations across Europe.
