💰 Eurobank cancels 28 million shares, reduces share capital by €6.18 million

Eurobank S.A. has officially cancelled 28,097,019 of its own shares, each with a nominal value of €0.22, following a resolution from its Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026. This cancellation has led to a reduction in the bank’s share capital by €6,181,344.18, bringing the total share capital to €792,751,032.04.

The updated capital is now divided into 3,603,413,782 common registered shares, each retaining the nominal value of €0.22. The Ministry of Development approved amendments to the bank's governing articles on July 9, 2026, which have been officially registered with the General Commercial Registry.

Furthermore, Euronext Athens Holding S.A. was notified on July 9, 2026, about the share cancellation and capital decrease, with trading of the cancelled shares ceasing on the Euronext Athens exchange from July 14, 2026.
