👮 Three Men Arrested in Larnaca Over Robbery, Abduction, and Assault of 65-Year-Old Victim

Police in the Larnaca district have arrested three men in connection to a serious case involving robbery, abduction, assault, and theft of a 65-year-old man. The victim reported that last Monday, during a meeting with three individuals, two known to him, he was attacked, robbed of €300, his mobile phone, and car keys, and forcibly taken to a property in a nearby village.

According to the complainant, the perpetrators then seized his car keys, loaded various items into his vehicle, and fled the scene. Following the report, law enforcement obtained arrest warrants and conducted a coordinated operation resulting in the apprehension of the two known suspects, aged 32 and 42, as well as a third individual aged 44 in the Nicosia district.

The three men are expected to appear before the Larnaca District Court for a remand hearing. The investigation is ongoing under the Kofinou Police Station, with authorities continuing efforts to understand the full extent of the offenses and potential accomplices.
