GlobalWealth Group PLC announced significant progress in its strategic share exchange with Wealthyhood Ltd, having acquired 40,718 ordinary shares from Wealthyhood's existing shareholders. In exchange, GlobalWealth issued 3,542,466 new ordinary shares to these shareholders as part of its planned acquisition.

This transaction is a step towards GlobalWealth Group’s broader strategy to enter the wealthtech sector, following previous announcements dating back to April 2025. Upon completion of the entire process, GlobalWealth is expected to hold a 25.31% stake in Wealthyhood Ltd’s issued share capital.

The company pledged to keep investors updated on further developments and stated it will release additional announcements when the remaining formal procedures and strategic partnership agreements are finalized.
