The Mall of Cyprus Plc has announced its annual general meeting will take place on July 30, 2026. Shareholders are set to review the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, along with the directors’ and auditors’ reports. All related documents are available on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website and can also be requested directly from the company.

The meeting agenda includes the formal re-appointment of Deloitte as auditors and the re-election of directors Kypros Hadjistyllis and Siphamandla Joseph Mbonane, who are retiring but standing for re-election. Additionally, shareholders will vote to ratify all decisions made by the board since the last annual meeting and consider any other business proposed as ordinary or special resolutions.
