Authorities detained three individuals aged 18, 21, and 23 in connection with a burglary and theft case in the Limassol district. The incident was first reported on 3 July 2026 by a 67-year-old man who owns a complex of three uninhabited houses. Items stolen included five air conditioning units, compressors, and solar water heaters.
The property owner noticed a suspicious parked vehicle near the houses containing air conditioning components and saw an unknown person fleeing on foot. Following an investigation, sufficient evidence led to the issuance of judicial arrest warrants resulting in the suspects' detention.
The Pissouri Police Station is actively continuing its inquiries to gather further information on the case.
