Aegean Airlines has resumed flights to and from Paphos International Airport, marking a significant improvement in the district's air connectivity and tourism prospects. The Athens-Paphos route will operate three times a week, enhancing travel options for residents and visitors alike.

The Paphos regional tourism board (Etap) highlighted that the renewed service not only improves direct access from Greece but also strengthens connections to key tourism markets through Aegean’s Athens hub, including Germany, Scandinavia, and other European countries.
