🧒 Cyprus-based AI platform Kyprium partners with universities to connect graduates with employers
Kyprium, a Cyprus-based AI recruitment platform, is in talks with universities across the island to facilitate connections between graduates and employers, aiming to expand its user base and reach 200 companies by year-end. Founded by Michalis Sennekis, Kyprium uses AI to score candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability, while offering job advertisements in multiple languages.
The platform supports employers by providing match scores and highlighting candidate strengths and gaps, leaving the final hiring decision to the employer. Jobseekers benefit from features such as CV and cover letter improvement tools, salary guidance, and interview practice. Kyprium emphasizes transparency and human oversight, complying with the EU AI Act to ensure reliable and explainable AI-driven insights.
Since launching in March, Kyprium has registered nearly 300 candidates and over 30 companies with 550 job listings. The company’s focus remains on building a balanced local network of employers and candidates before pursuing expansion beyond Cyprus.
