PickTheBank.eu raises EUR fixed-term deposit rates above 3% in partnership with Lidion Bank
Cyprus-based savings platform PickTheBank.eu has announced an increase in its EUR fixed-term deposit rates in collaboration with Lidion Bank, Malta. Selected long-term rates now exceed 3% per annum, with an 18-month deposit yielding 3.02% and terms from two to five years offering 3.08% per annum. The two-year term saw the largest rise, jumping approximately 18.5% from 2.60% to 3.08%.
Customers can complete onboarding and submit deposit applications online through PickTheBank.eu. Deposited funds are transferred directly to Lidion Bank, where they are held in the customer's name and protected by the Maltese Deposit Guarantee Scheme up to €100,000.
PickTheBank acts as a service partner facilitating access to Lidion Bank's offerings without holding customer funds, while Lidion Bank combines traditional and digital banking services focused on technology and digital industries. The updated rates provide attractive options for medium- and long-term savers across maturities from three months to five years.
