Lordos United to Propose €200,000 Final Dividend at September AGM
Lordos United Public Ltd has announced plans to propose a €200,000 final dividend to shareholders at its annual general meeting on September 23, 2026. The dividend proposal, which will be submitted for approval at the AGM held at the company’s Limassol headquarters, follows a thorough review of financial information by the board of directors. The record date for eligibility is set for October 5, with shares trading cum dividend until September 30.
In addition to the dividend proposal, the annual meeting will cover the board’s report, audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the election or re-election of board members along with their remuneration. The meeting will also address the reappointment of auditors and any other business.
On the same day, Lordos United’s board will review the company’s first-half 2026 financial report. The proposed payment date for the dividend is October 27, 2026, with the exact payment date to be announced later.
