Alpha Bank achieves 100% ownership of Alpha Trust Holdings after squeeze-out

Alpha Bank has reached full ownership of Alpha Trust Holdings by acquiring the remaining 69,324 shares through a squeeze-out process completed on August 24, 2026. This move increased Alpha Bank's voting rights to 100% in Alpha Trust Holdings, finalizing the takeover.

The acquisition involved purchasing the last shares at €20.20 each, totaling approximately €1.40 million. This price matched the cash consideration from Alpha Bank’s earlier tender offer for the company’s shares.

The squeeze-out procedure was executed under Greek Law 3461/2006, allowing Alpha Bank to compulsory acquire the remaining minority shares after reaching the necessary ownership threshold. With this transaction, Alpha Bank and its concerted parties now hold all shares and voting rights in Alpha Trust Holdings.
