Paphos extends domestic tourism campaign promoting year-round travel until mid-November

The Paphos regional tourism board, Etap Paphos, has extended its domestic tourism campaign aimed at Cyprus’ permanent residents until mid-November 2026. The campaign, running since May, has generated over 2.6 million impressions and reached more than 335,000 potential visitors, encouraging locals to enjoy Paphos beyond the summer peak.

Focusing on the district’s natural attractions, beaches, events, and outdoor activities, the campaign uses targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram, alongside videos, photographs, and online competitions that attracted over 85,000 participants. Special attention is given to the Polis Chrysochous area and the Akamas peninsula, emphasizing relaxation, unique experiences, and gastronomic delights.

The extension aims to promote mini-getaways for couples, families, and individuals during the quieter autumn months. Etap Paphos highlights Paphos as an ideal destination for year-round holidays, supporting the local economy and tourism professionals while showcasing the district as a place for exploration and renewal beyond the traditional summer season.
