Logicom Public Limited appoints Ioannis Kosmas Eirinarchos to board and restructures committees

Technology company Logicom Public Limited has appointed Ioannis Kosmas Eirinarchos as a non-independent, non-executive member of its board of directors with immediate effect. The board also approved a reconstitution of its internal committees on August 25, 2026, aligning with the Corporate Governance Code.

The changes affect key committees: Nomination, Audit, Remuneration, Risk Management, and ESG. Ioannis Kosmas Eirinarchos joined the Audit, Risk Management, and ESG Committees. Independent directors notably chair the Nomination Committee (Christoforos Hadjikyprianou), Audit Committee (Andreas Konstantinidis), Remuneration Committee (Christoforos Hadjikyprianou), Risk Management Committee (Neoclis Nicolaou), and ESG Committee (Andreas Konstantinidis).

The restructuring aims to strengthen governance and oversight with a balanced mix of independent and non-independent directors participating across committees responsible for nomination, audit, remuneration, risk management, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
