Third suspect arrested in Paphos robbery and assault case involving delivery riders
A third suspect, aged 34, has been arrested in connection with a robbery and assault case in Paphos on August 18, authorities reported. The arrest followed police testimony that led to a warrant and the suspect's appearance before the Paphos District Court, which ordered four days of detention.
The incident occurred in the Mouttalos area when a dispute over payment for a food order escalated into a violent brawl involving about ten men. Five delivery riders were injured, and one was robbed of cash and his mobile phone. Two other suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
The Paphos Criminal Investigation Department is actively pursuing inquiries to resolve the case and ensure accountability for those involved in the altercation and robbery.
