Authorities at Larnaca Airport seized 25 kilograms of cannabis from the luggage of a 25-year-old arriving passenger. The interception occurred around 3:30 a.m. during a coordinated operation between the Drug Law Enforcement Unit (ΥΚΑΝ) and Customs officials. The individual was stopped for a routine check upon arrival from abroad, leading to the discovery of two nylon packages containing the drugs.
