Cyprus Stock Exchange extends trading suspension for Rianeson Investments and G.A.P. Vassilopoulos due to missing financial reports
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has extended the suspension of trading for Emerging Companies Market firms Rianeson Investments Plc and G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd. This decision follows both companies’ failure to submit and publish their required financial reports. Rianeson Investments has not provided its annual reports for 2024 and 2025, nor its half-yearly report for 2025. Meanwhile, G.A.P. Vassilopoulos has missed submission of its half-yearly 2025 report and the 2025 annual report.
The extension will take effect from August 25, 2026, lasting up to two months until October 26, 2026. The CSE noted that the suspension may be lifted earlier if both firms fulfill their outstanding reporting obligations. This move aligns with the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Law to maintain market integrity and ensure transparency in listed companies.
