The National Guard will commemorate Armed Forces Day on Tuesday with a series of events in Nicosia honoring current and former personnel who have faithfully defended the Republic of Cyprus. The day is dedicated to all those who have served in the National Guard, emphasizing their duty to protect the nation's freedom and security.

Events will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a church service at Apostle Varnavas, followed by the official anniversary ceremony at 7 p.m. The latter will be attended by the political and military leadership of the Republic.
