Police in Limassol arrested two men aged 23 and 24 following an alleged kidnapping of an 18-year-old in a local park on Monday evening. The suspects reportedly forced the teenager into their vehicle at around 8pm and drove him to a different location where they threatened him over financial disputes. Authorities swiftly tracked down the vehicle and apprehended both suspects along with the victim.
The three were taken to the Limassol police station for questioning. Arrest warrants have been issued for the suspects, who will appear before the Limassol district court on Tuesday for remand proceedings.
